Our community.

Our responsibility.

Tolles has always operated with a deep sense of gratitude and respect for our community. We believe better communities begin with us – and that better developments are just the start.

The team at Tolles devotes a significant portion of our time and resources to local causes that benefit at-risk groups and the greater health of our communities. From homelessness to the arts, we’re proud to support and participate in efforts that make the world a better place.

Eddy House

Through a 24-hour shelter, and outreach and education programs, they provide a safe place for homeless and at-risk youth to develop the life and job skills necessary for sustainable independence. Cory Hunt serves on the Board of Directors as Vice President and has played an integral role in the organization’s success; in particular, he has led the development of their Transitional Living Community, a 36-unit studio apartment building.
