University of Nevada Fieldhouse

The Nevada Fieldhouse is a 72,000-square-foot, pre-engineered metal indoor training facility designed to support all Wolf Pack athletic programs and providing an indoor practice facility for Wolf Pack Football. The structure is located adjacent to Wolf Pack Park, creating side-by-side indoor and outdoor facilities that provide more space, versatility, and year-round usability.

Featuring a 60-foot clear span and rising 70 feet at its peak, the facility is built for football from the ground up. It includes full turf playing surfaces, netting, and dedicated equipment zones, along with rolling garage doors that open directly to the adjacent outdoor field for seamless practice transitions and expanded training capacity.

This project is a public-private partnership between Tolles Development and the University. Following a ceremonial groundbreaking in August 2025, Tolles began full site mobilization immediately, keeping the project on an accelerated timeline. The facility is slated for completion in summer 2026,  supported by a $3.50 per-credit student fee approved by the Associated Students of the University of Nevada (ASUN) and the Nevada Board of Regents.

The UNR Fieldhouse marks a major milestone in university athletics infrastructure, providing critical year-round training space and capacity for growth, while reinforcing Tolles Development’s role in high-impact, collaborative institutional projects.
