With a hands-on approach to tenant relations, vendor management, lease administration, and TIs & capital projects, the Tolles property management team maintains and raises the value of developments in and out of the Tolles portfolio.
Jeni leads client service and property operations for Tolles, delivering results across a diverse industrial, office, and retail portfolio. She enhances performance, drives capital improvement initiatives, and builds strong tenant and vendor relationships. Previously at CBRE, Jeni managed a 14 million square foot industrial portfolio for institutional clients, including Link Logistics. Her leadership earned her appointments to several national CBRE committees (2017–2021), where she advanced industrial management practices, employee recognition programs, and national training standards. She also served as the single point of contact for a national company, supporting managers nationwide. Jeni is an active member of CREW and NAIOP and speaks frequently on industry panels. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from San Jose State University and is known for operational excellence and client focus.

Mandy joined Tolles Management in August 2023, following two years of commercial property management with Logic Commercial Real Estate, where she managed a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties and several community associations. She is responsible for budgeting, annual CAM reconciliations, monthly financial reporting, tenant and vendor relations, property inspections, maintenance, repairs and capital projects oversight. Prior to Logic, Mandy spent six years managing vacation rentals at Lake Tahoe, with responsibility for over 150 vacation and long-term rentals. Mandy is a member of IREM and CREW.

Danielle brings over 20 years of combined experience in the financial and real estate industries to her role at Tolles. Her professional journey began in banking, where she advanced from teller to roles in the mortgage sector, developing a deep understanding of financial systems and client service. This foundation naturally transitioned into real estate, where her analytical mindset and operational insight became key strengths.
In 2022, Danielle made the shift into property management and quickly found her stride, joining Fleming Properties as an Assistant Property Manager in 2023. Danielle is a member of CREW.

Ashley joined Tolles Management early in 2023, bringing with her several years of experience managing The Pruneyard and The Pruneyard Office Towers in Campbell, CA, while employed by Cushman-Wakefield. Ashley specializes in the tenant experience, skillfully navigating positive tenant relationships while enforcing leases and collections. She is a skilled multi-tasker, problem solver, and strives for excellence in all aspects of real estate management. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts from Santa Clara University. Ashley is a member of NAIOP.
