Eddy House is a nonprofit dedicated to ending youth homelessness in Northern Nevada. Through a 24-hour shelter, outreach, and education programs, the organization provides a safe place for homeless and at-risk youth to develop life and job skills that lead to sustainable independence.
Tolles Development partnered with Eddy House to bring its Transitional Living Community (TLC) to life—a five-story, 36-unit studio apartment building offering young adults aged 18–24 up to two years of stable housing, wrap-around support, and a pathway toward long-term self-sufficiency. The project includes kitchenettes, in-unit laundry, on-site offices for case management and staff, and a bike-sharing library.
As part of Eddy House’s $14 million campus expansion, the TLC was funded through the Home Means Nevada Initiative via the Nevada Housing Division and two local foundations. Tolles provided pro bono development and project management services, led by Partner Cory Hunt, who has served as Chair of the Eddy House Board of Directors. The TLC project opened to the public in September 2025.
