PAR TOLLES

Chief Executive Officer

An industry veteran with decades of experience and millions of dollars in development history behind him, Par Tolles has long served as a pioneer in changing the face of Northern Nevada and beyond. Prior to serving as the founder and CEO of Tolles Development Company, Par was President of Basin Street Properties and oversaw all aspects of the company’s day-to-day activities, portfolio and investment management, as well as coordinating functional areas across all areas of the company. Prior to Basin Street, Par was President of Dermody Properties and served in a similar capacity. Earlier in his career, Par was principal of northern Nevada for Trammell Crow Company and managing director of northern Nevada for CBRE.

KYLE REA

Chief Operating Officer

Born, raised and educated in Reno, Kyle has built a strong foundation in the real estate business for nearly a decade. As chief operating officer, Kyle oversees leasing activity and property management for the firm’s investment portfolio as well as core corporate functions including investor relations and human resources. Prior to his role at TDC, Kyle was CFO of Synergy Properties of Nevada, a residential investment and advisory firm; he also served as a commercial real estate associate and marketing manager at Commercial Partners and Dermody Properties. Kyle is a licensed real estate broker and property manager in the state of Nevada and holds a BA in music and business from the University of Nevada.

DAVID MIEDING

Chief Development Officer

David began his commercial real estate career at CBRE in Reno and later was the assistant program manager with Capital Program Management in Sacramento where he planned and executed capital development programs totaling $958 million. From there he was the manager of commercial properties for the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority and most recently was the Northern Nevada leasing director for Basin Street Properties. Dave received his MBA from California State University, Sacramento, and a BA from the University of California, Davis. Additionally, he has a Nevada B2 General Contractor License and holds a commercial pilot certificate with multi-engine, instrument and flight instructor ratings.

TYLER LANTRIP, CFA

Chief Financial Officer

A CFA charterholder and former collegiate and NFL quarterback, Tyler has been building his finance and commercial real estate career in the Northern Nevada market for the last several years. As chief financial officer, Tyler is responsible for TDC’s investment-portfolio financial matters, including capital markets/finance, accounting, cash management and the implementation of all financial strategies. Prior to joining TDC, Tyler was Asset Manager for Basin Street Properties where he was responsible for financial management of the company’s 4 million square feet of varied Class-A office, retail, and mixed-use properties. Tyler received his MBA and a dual BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Nevada.

CORY HUNT

Chief Strategy Officer

A former official for the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development, Cory has experience in developing partnerships, navigating the entitlement process, and analyzing tax and fiscal programs. Prior to joining TDC, he was director of research and analysis for the State's most respected fiscal and economic policy consulting firm. He served four years in the Office of Governor Brian Sandoval as senior policy analyst. A lifelong Nevadan, Cory holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Nevada and a graduate degree from the University of Southern California. Cory serves on the board of the Young Leaders Committee of the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows.

WINDY MYERS

Controller

Windy oversees all accounting activities for TDC Management and supervises a dedicated team of AR/AP and bookkeeping specialists. Windy has been active in real estate development and construction since 2000 primarily focusing her efforts on all accounting, forward planning, financial analysis and reporting functions for developers, builders, and subcontractors. Her past experience includes work as an Accounting Manager for Tanamera Homes in Reno, an Accountant for Merga Foundations, a Santa Rosa concrete subcontractor with $10MM in annual sales, a Financial Analyst with Christopherson Homes in Santa Rosa, and Controller for Jenamar Communities, a Sacramento based land developer and home builder with annual sales in excess of $100MM. Windy has managed the accounting functions of real estate holdings in California, Nevada, New Mexico and Washington. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno.

LAURIE TRUDELL, RPA®

Director of Property Management

As Director of Property Management, Laurie oversees all aspects of client and property services for TDC Management. Laurie’s deep experience of over 20 years in institutional property management began in 2000 with Trammell Crow Company. Following Trammell’s merger with CBRE, Laurie became Director for the Reno market and more than doubled the size of the managed portfolio. She was later named Associate Managing Director of the Sacramento LMA for CBRE and oversaw the management of over 22.5 million square feet of industrial, office, and retail properties throughout Nevada and northern California. Laurie’s leadership and experience won her team the institutional management accounts of BentallGreenOak, Barings Real Estate Advisors, Clarion, Principal Real Estate Advisors, Panattoni Development Company, AEW Capital Management, Invesco, and Washington Capital Management, Inc.

JENI GRANA

Associate Director of Property Management

Jeni has a broad range of experience in industrial, office and retail property management, providing a solid platform for successful asset improvement. In her role as Associate Director, Jeni’s focus is on tenant relationships, vendor management, and client-driven compliance. Jeni brings forth operational excellence and a strong background in managing capital improvements. Prior to her role at TDC Management, Jeni was a Senior Real Estate Manager at CBRE where she was the principal manager of the 10 million square foot industrial portfolio and for various institutional clients. Jeni was sought out to serve on various national committees from 2017 -2021 for employee recognition, industrial practices leadership team and developing training materials for property management. Jeni holds a B.S. in business management from San Jose State University.
