TDC's Par Tolles and David Mieding played integral part of the inception, construction management, and financing of the Village on Sage Street, a 200-unit affordable and low-income housing complex comprised of prefabricated units. The non-profit project is managed by the Community Foundation of Western Nevada and Volunteers of America. Learn more.

The Downtown Reno Partnership is a new business improvement district in Reno. TDC's Par Tolles helped found the downtown Reno Business Improvement District and serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors. The partnership employs dozens of downtown ambassadors who work to clean up graffiti, provide social outreach and supportive services to chronically homeless, as well as engage with visitors and tourists who need help finding activites, directions or information. Learn more.

The Discovery is a 67000 square-foot science museum located in downtown Reno, Nevada that appeals to visitors of all ages and interests. TDC's Kyle Rea is a member of the Discovery's Development Committee and works to raise funds and support for the museum.  The Museum provides community outreach and engagement including free-of-charge classes and activities to schools. TDC is a member, sponsor and strong supporter of commercial real estate trade group NAIOP, which provides education and civic engagement to its members while also giving back to the community including the Boys and Girls Club, Crisis Call Center, and the Children's Cabient.
